Offerings

Primrose Floral and Event Design provides well-executed, consistently distinctive floral arrangements for discerning buyers, assembled to personal specifications and ready for delivery within a reasonable time frame.  A pleasant departure from what is offered by traditional florists, focus is concentrated on the use of bold colors and mixed textures set in distinctive containers.

Materials for our designs are gathered from a variety of sources.  In the summertime we use flowers from local farms to the greatest extent possible. And, in the autumn and winter when flowers are not available locally, the Boston Flower Exchange affords access to fresh floral product from all over the world.

Primrose Floral and Event Design prides itself on going a bit beyond what might be expected from a traditional florist.  We offer comprehensive, collaborative "floral support" for: 

Special Occasions: It is always exciting and fun to receive a surprise delivery on a birthday or other occasion for celebration.  Allow me to design and deliver something unique and personal for the special individual you have in mind. Family reunions, dinner parties and even that special holiday celebration, we can help you create the perfect setting with the most beautiful flowers customized to your needs
 
 Weddings:  Primrose will be happy to set the stage for your special day.  From bouquets and altar pieces to reception centerpieces and accent flowers, we will work together to design a perfect setting for a perfect celebration!  Take it a step further and lets talk about linens and all the extras you need to set the mood. We welcome both large and intimate events and will taylor it to meet your needs. 

Spiritual Observations: When celebrating milestone events such as baptisms, communions, confirmations, or bar and bat mitzvahs, flowers add a very special flourish.  Primrose will work with you to make these occasions even more memorable with the perfect floral touches. I'll be pleased to design a customized Bimah arrangement to put forth the energy and spirit of the individual being honored!

 Home Decor: Primrose specializes in creating floral pieces designed to complement specific areas within your home, whether it be a sunny alcove, entry way or foyer, a focal point for your primary living space or simply for your personal enjoyment.  Entertaining or decorating your home for the holidays?  Let's collaborate on ways to make your living space warm and inviting for your guests.

 Business: Flowers are a wonderful way to welcome your customers as they enter your restaurant, real estate office or their favorite hair salon.  They add life and color to your environment, and set the tone for your clients' overall experience with you.  Add a new to design to your foyer or front desk each week to brighten your first point of client contact!  Or, add some color to your next corporate event with a floral centerpiece.

 Consultations:  I'm happy to provide an initial consultation to discuss flowers for a special event or individuals or businesses considering delivery of designs on a regular basis.  This visit is at no cost and comes with absolutely no obligation.  During our meeting we will review preferences, details and when appropriate view the space in which the arrangements will be displayed.

 Digital Photos:  In the event that an arrangement is delivered directly to the recipient without being viewed by the sender, I'm pleased to provide digital photos of the finished product. Unlike sending arrangements through national telegraph floral services, this way you can actually see what you sent!

 Containers: Primrose has an eclectic collection of vases, pots and urns of all shapes, sizes and colors.  As a special offering, I'm pleased to offer the opportunity of renting containers for those one time special occasions.  Or, if you're looking for a container to be used for a particular spot in your home or for a specific occasion, I'll be happy to shop on your behalf to locate the perfect piece for you at an hourly fee.
